The core of our menu consists of traditional meals typical for Czech and German cuisine. We prepare all our meals with care and with only the best and freshest local ingredients. We want our meals to be appetizing visually, and to bring our patrons a unique culinary experience every time.
We change our menu based on the season and the availability of fresh ingredients. Early autumn we include game, while in November is the time for the St. Martin’s menu with fresh goose and dumplings. Throughout the year, you can enjoy authentic Czech classics, like garlic soup, traditional „svíčková“ cream sauce with beef and dumplings, or fried schnitzel.
You can also choose from a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We have the unique “Glassmaker’s AJETO 8°” beer on tap, which the Born brewery of Nový Bor brews exclusively for our customers. And you can also try some of their other non-filtered and unpasteurized beers we have on tap.
